Return / Refund Policy

Cancellations of any swimming lesson programme within 14 days of booking can be refunded in full, as long as the programme has not started.
Cancellations after 14-days of payment cannot be refunded.
Cancellations of any started programmes cannot be refunded.
24- hour cancellation policy: late cancellations are charged at the pro rata rate for an individual lesson.
All lessons must be completed within 6 months of booking.

Payment Methods

All transactions are processed by Worldpay in GBP.

FUTUREPAY:

All payments recur monthly

Length of payment term is 3-6 months.
