Through competing in powerlifting I’ve learned the importance of correct technique and core strength. I use these skills to teach my clients the importance of good form, to avoid any injuries.

With 9 years experience in treating Musculoskeletal injuries, my goal is to not only to manage the symptoms, but to analyse movement and implement steps to prevent the problem or injury from recurring. Every diagnosis and rehabilitation programme is individually tailored to the clients needs and the combination of manual Physiotherapy techniques with structured exercise regimes is a fundamental component of my approach to improving muscular performance.
I also offer a range of Deep Tissue Sports Massages from my City Centre location so whether you need a post workout massage, to reduce pain, increase your range of motion, aid recovery from exercise or relieve stress and built up muscle tension from injuries, physical activity and the demands of daily life then book an appointment and you will be offered a time slot within 48 hours of making contact.

I have the experience of a 15 year swimming and coaching career with success at national level, with success on multiple strokes and events. I currently work with some of the country's top Junior swimmers at Bolton Metro swimming club.
